  • Q

How do I register as a META-SHARE Depositor?

    A

META-SHARE Depositors are META-SHARE Members who do not wish to set up their own LR repository; they deposit their LRs to META-SHARE Repositories maintained by other META-SHARE Network Nodes, who undertake to host and/or be responsible for those LRs (hosting repositories).

To register as a Depositor, you need to fill in and sign the Depositor's Agreement, which is to be signed between you (as the Depositor) and the Repository that will host your resources. In order to get an editable version of the Depositor's Agreement, please contact the META-SHARE node of the hosting Repository. After that, please register yourself as a user at this META-SHARE node (from META-SHARE's home page select Connect > Register).
